1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Padel Coach Finder website at padelcoachfinder.com (“the Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Padel Coach Finder is operated by My Rackets Ltd (company number 10747519), registered at Ebenezer House, 5a Poole Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH2 5QJ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. The service

Padel Coach Finder is a directory that helps players find padel coaches. We aggregate publicly available coaching information and display it in a searchable format. We also provide tools such as a padel skills checklist and rating calculator.

We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any coach listed on the Site. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their own profiles once claimed. We act as an intermediary for introductions only.

3. User accounts and coach profiles

For players: You do not need an account to browse the directory. Requesting an introduction to a coach requires providing your name and email address.

For coaches: You may claim your profile by verifying your identity through our claim process. By claiming your profile, you:

• Confirm that you are the person represented in the profile or are authorised to manage it
• Agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Accept responsibility for keeping your profile details current
• Consent to receiving lead notifications and service-related emails

4. Subscriptions and payments

Padel Coach Finder offers free and paid subscription tiers for coaches:

• Free— Basic profile listing with lead forwarding
• Pro— Priority listing, lead analytics, and profile badge (€19/month)
• Pro+— Featured placement, sponsored spots, and direct booking link (€49/month)

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically access the Site beyond normal browsing without our written permission
• Submit false or misleading information through forms or profile claims
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
• Use automated tools to send spam or unsolicited messages through our contact or introduction features

6. User-generated content

When you submit information through our forms (claim submissions, contact messages, introduction requests), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that information for the purpose of providing our services. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, branding, and original content are owned by Padel Coach Finder. Coach data sourced from public directories remains attributable to its original sources. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padel Coach Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of coach profiles, particularly for unclaimed profiles sourced from public data. We are not responsible for the quality of coaching services provided by listed coaches.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or GBP 100, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations about the suitability of any coach for your needs.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Coaches who violate these Terms may have their profiles removed.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
