  • Coach profile data— Names, locations, certifications, club affiliations, and contact details scraped from publicly available coaching directories and websites. This data is displayed on coach profile pages.
  • Claim form submissions— When a coach claims their profile, we collect their name, email address, phone number, and website URL.
  • Lead and enquiry data— When a player requests an introduction to a coach, we collect the player's name and email address.
  • Newsletter subscribers— Email addresses of users who opt in to our mailing list.
  • Quiz and tool results— Responses to our padel checklist and rating calculator tools.
  • Analytics data— We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) which collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate location. See our Cookie Policy for details.
  • Payment data— If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. How we store your data

Dynamic data (leads, claims, subscribers, quiz results) is stored in Turso, a hosted database service. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Coach profile data is loaded from structured data files at build time.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services:

  • Coach profile data — retained until removal is requested
  • Claim and lead data — retained for the duration of the coach relationship
  • Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe
  • Analytics data — as per Google Analytics retention settings (14 months)

6. Third-party processors

We share data with the following third-party services:

  • Vercel— Website hosting and serverless functions
  • Turso— Database hosting (lead data, claims, subscribers)
  • Resend— Transactional email delivery
  • Stripe— Payment processing for subscriptions
  • Google Analytics— Website analytics (anonymised)
